Chinese Text Not showing in Adobe Reader DC

i have a pdf file that has Chinese Text on it, I tried to open it in Adobe Reader DC but it doesnt show the Chinese Text but when I open it in Microsoft Edge Browser,  I am able to see the Chinese Text.

Does Reader put out any message telling you that it needs a font pack (or any other message)?

No it doesnt, in fact I installed the Language pack but still not working. I opened the same pdf file on other pc and its working fine and I am able to see the Chinese text...
