chnaging binding to right edge

I am trying to change the advanced properties on my acrobat reader DC but it unable to change

the setting is binding: lrft edge to right edge.

the advanced properties locked (light font) and cant be changed

help please

Free Acrobat Reader cannot change document properties, only look at them. Paid-for Acrobat can change them.
