Choice of quick tools in the menu

Hello,
In acrobat reader it is possible to show or hide the menu for quick tools. 
But there are no possibilities in the interface to choose different tools in the menu. 
Will there be a way to unlock this point with a registry key  ? > to configure one tool instead of another. 
I would like to replace the signature tool with the signature with a certificate. Have you an idea ?
