Chromebook question

How do I install the Adobe Reader plug-in on my Chromebook?

It is not already in my plug-ins to enable.

The default Adobe Reader download page on Adobe.com does not include the option of downloading for Chrome OS.

Thanks.

You can't use Adobe Reader on Chrome OS.

Someone should let Adobe know ...

They have a section here called Google Chrome: Download and install Adobe Reader.

Legend

Yes, it is correct.

Google have made Chrome, a browser for these systems: Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, and Linux.

And Google have made ChromeOS, a system itself, for ChromeBooks.

The page is about installing Adobe Reader for Chrome (on Windows, as it says at the top), not ChromeOS.

The names are confusingly similar, but it is well to understand the difference.
