Clear Checkbox

Dear Community,

i've a Formular with a question for a example: Do you have a car? Yes [ ] or No [ X] i can only select one of the Checkboxes this is alright! But if i started the formular, the Checkboxes isn't empty, i want that the Checkboxes empty is by starting the formular!
