Hi, We have 2 x Windows desktop PC's on our network.

I have installed the latest drivers on the network.

However, when my husband goes to print a PDF his comes out in Black, whereas mine comes out in colour. We NEED colour.

Has anyone got any ideas?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled printer files.

I'm pulling my hair out as i can't find the answers

What type of printer?

What version of Acrobat Reader?

What operating system?

What do you mean by "latest drivers on the network"?

we have a HP OfficeJet Pro 7740

Acrobat Reader version is 20.013.20074.18474

We operate Windows 10.

We have a small at-home business so the drivers for the printer are on our home-based network.

You may have copies of the drivers on your network. However, each computer must have a driver installed as well. Drivers become part of each computer's system. I suggest you print an official test page from each computer. This will include all driver names and versions; compare all details.
