Comments exist but I can't see them

Hello,

Recently, when I add a comment to a document, it instantly becomes invisible. I can still see it as existing (in the drop-down list of my comments), but under no circumstances am I able to read it directly from the document. I tried to reinstall the software, reset the settings, check the confidentiality of the document / computer, etc. I am on MacOs 11.2.2.
