Comments panel not saved to cloud. how can i remedy? TY.

made changes to a pdf utilizing the comments panel. when done i sent PDF + comments to the cloud . but my 145 comments didnt get saved, Please say there's a way to retrieve them. Thanks to someone(s) who can advise me, hopefully with a positive outcome.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

The PDF file you are referring to here, is it saved on Document Cloud web? Kindly login to the web https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and check your file under Documents, does it shows the comment?

If the file is saved locally, do you see the comments within the desktop app?
