Company Logo Sent as PDF

I had a designer create a logo for my business. He did an amazing job and sent me a PDF with 5 different color option for my logos. I have paid for them and now I don't know how to get the single logo off the PDF document to send to my printing company for shirts and business cards. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should take this up with the designer. He should be able to provide you with the source document(s) at least, and should be able to send you a PDF for each logo.
