Computer Exception Report: Word files converted from PDF using Adobe Export Word doc function online

After I purchased the rights to use the export PDF to Word function, and started using the files (which means working with the converted file in Word), my computer has started to shut down because of a fatal exception. 

I would like to know if there are known problems with HP, Intel 5 10th generation chips, or some other compatibility issue, or if there is a known problem with the conversion tool resulting file glitches. Please help, obviously, if there is a file conversion problem, I would like a refund. Thank you.
