Connectivity issue - Pop up questioning whether I am connected to Internet
Tried to open an a 20 year old PDF. A pop up appeared questioning whether I am connected to the Internet since it cannot verify my subscription status. Shows a link to a connectivity guide which is non responsive. Now all my PDF files cannot be accessed for the same reason. Cannot figure out how to stop this pop up even though I am connected to the internet and can sign into my Adobe Account
