In the past several weeks, when receiving a pdf via email, I am requested to sign in to my acct. to access Adobe Reader to open the document. Why now, when it was always an automatic process prior to? It's an irritant to constantly have to do so..

Computer's a Macso the 2 Windows solutions are inapplicable. The CC desktop app version I have is 5.10.0.573. It was reinstalled approx a month ago along with photoshop and premier elements 2020 (purchased outright - no subscription). I just clicked update and only a Camera Raw one was available - nothing re the CC app. As for anti-virus software, none activated, only scan periodically.

Overall though, I haven't received an emailed pdf doc since i posted the issue on the 24th. Thanks for your advice. If the problem persists I'll attempt to uninstall/reinstall CC.  Thanks again..
