continuing pdf problem

I have followed all the steps for "Can't open pdfs" and uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Reader but I still can't open pdfs  with Acrobat Reader

    Hello Bartles,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had while opening PDF files, what is the error message you are getting while opening the PDF files?

    Reboot the machine once and then navigate to Window>Cascade>Tile in Adobe Reader and try opening few PDF files. Are you not able to open one specific PDF or all the PDF files?

    Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed?

    Remove installed Adobe Reader using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Please describe your symptoms in detail, including any error messages, since you've already tried all the normal recommendations, Mac or Windows?
