No, still not working. This is frustrating that we are paying for a service that doesn't seem to work. Can you get this resolved asap?

I assume you are trying to combine multiple pdf files to one? Or are you trying to convert the pdf files to word using the "Export pdf"?

If that is the case, then you may go through the help document File conversion error | ExportPDF

Also confirm the size of the files that you are trying to convert.

Yes, Sometimes it works, sometimes I get error message.

The files are 5 1 pagers
