Conversion Failure pdf to word

I am having an error where I get a conversion failure message when trying to convert from pdf to word. I have tried both on the web and in the application and checked for updates within the application. Please advise how I can resolve this.

    Hello Victorf,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response, are you getting the conversion failure error on all the PDF files when converting to Word document or is it specific to one PDF file?

    Try converting the PDF file using the URL Adobe Document Cloud on a browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari and check.

    I have checked the records and could not find any subscription details on the Adobe ID(email) which you have used to log-in on Adobe forums. Are you subscribed to Adobe Document Cloud ExportPDF or Adobe PDFPack or Acrobat subscription with a different Adobe ID?

    If the conversion failure issue is specific to one PDF file, is it possible to share the file with us so that we can test it at our end?
