Conversion feuille calcul Excel en pdf sans affichage de l'en-tête

Bonjour, Depuis que j’ai installé le pack Office 365 de Microsoft, lorsque je veux convertir une feuille de calcul Excel en format pdf l’en-tete de mon fichier n’apparait plus alors qu’elle apparaissait sans problème lorsque j’utilisais une version antérieure (Office 2013) J’ai contacté Microsoft qui m’affirme que le problème ne provient pas de leur logiciel mais d’un problème de compatibilité d’Adobe Reader DC avec Office 365 (format de peignabilité du lecteur pdf utilisé avec la licenc e d’Off i c e) Merci pour votre aide

Bonjour,

 

Super, j'ai utilisé la fonction "enregistrer sous pdf" depuis mon document excel et cela a fonctionné, l'en-tête apparaît enfin !

Bonjour

 

.ODS n'est pas le format d'Excel, c'est le format de fichier de LibreOffice et d'OpenOffice.

Le format natif d'Excel c'est .XLSX

 

Acrobat Reader ne permet pas de créer des fichiers PDF. Donc le problème ne vient pas d'Acrobat Reader ni de chez Adobe.

 

Dans les convertisseurs PDF en ligne on trouve le pire et le meilleur, vous devriez peut être en changer.

 

Sinon, qu'est-ce qui vous empêche d'utiliser la fonction "Enregistrer sous : PDF" disponible dans Excel ?

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, on creating PDF from MS Excel file the header is not  showing in the PDF file.

     

    Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the Excel files that you convert to PDF? Please try with a different file and check. If you get any error message, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

     

    What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF from Excel sheet? Are you using the Save as PDF option from the file menu of Excel? If yes, its the Microsoft process of creating the PDFs and its not Adobe dependant.

     

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a freeware application with limited functions. It is used for reading ,viewing, annotating and fill and sign the PDF files. For more information please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/faq.html

    Bonjour Amal,

    Merci pour votre réponse. Le problème se produit sur tous les fichiers Excel (feuilles de calcul avec en-tête) et que je convertis en « pdf » au moyen du convertisseur « Online-Convert »..

    Would yo mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF online.

    Also, please share the original excel file and the converted PDF file so that we can check it at our end.
