Convert a PDF (coming from PPT) to Excel

Hi 

 

I would like to know how to convert a pdf coming from a ppt and keep exactly the same format as in the slide when exporting to Excel.

"Exact" is asking too much. Extraction is half guesswork, and always expect to need to check and tweak. Excel doesn't even have an appearance, it's only a table.

Well, I know you can create a slide directly from Excel with a similar format and record a macro but I thought I could try exporting PPT to Pdf and then Pdf to Excel to have the 'Exact' format and positioning as in the slides in the PPT or PDF. I don't know how to have specific content in Pdf slides to refer to specific cell ranges. Thanks anyway
