I have a problem to convert a file AutoCAD of concrete northern colorado to pdf.

Always, I have an error.

I have already made this manipulation :

Conversion du format AutoCAD au format PDF | Désactiver l’alerte et activer la conversion PDF (adobe.com)

But it doesn't work.

The same issue happen to me. I have to design a sktech of a building for my client of a building contruction company concrete northern colorado. I have complete my all work, at the end i want to send the Pdf file but i can't convert. Could you have any idea how to solve this issue. Please let me know as soon as possible.Thanks!

1. What is your exact version of Acrobat Pro? Full version number like 2016.123.98765 please. 
2. Please show the registry key you added in a screen shot in regedit.
