Convert PDF to image file without access online tool.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC v18.011.20035 in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. In this, there is no option available to convert PDF file to image(JPG and PNG), onliy some online tools available for convert PDF to image files, i know this is a known issue. But what will happen if urgently needs to convert PDF file to image and no internet connection available, even if PDF file is password protected? Team Adobe should take this matter seriously.

With Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader) you can convert unprotected PDF to images files offline.
