CONVERT PDF TO WO

Question

The App can't export pdf to word, etc. While initialising the export engine an "UNKNOWN ERROR" with a prompt to click "OK" occurred. When OK is clicked, the export process is terminated. I use MacBook Pro running on mac os 15.1.1 (24B91).

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/41l5UjP.

Try with a different PDF and check if you still get the same error message. If the issue persists, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt export engine files, restart the machine and install Acrobat, or the freeware Acrobat Reader.
