Convert PDF to Word

I have a subscription to Adobe PDF convert and have used it successfully on my windows 10 laptop. Today I signed in and tried to convert a PDF to Word without success. I can access the PDF file but when I press convert in the top right hand corner it just comes up with a blank screen and the side bar showing convert PDF does not respond. At the bottom it also mentions take a free 7 day trial. What am I doing wrong please?

In order to verify that there is no possible corruption in the PDF file, what does the online conversion give? https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/acrobat/pdf-to-word
