Convert PDF to Word is not possible

Hi!

I'm having trouble converting a PDF to Word (or any other format for that matter). It comes out with symbols and not letters. And the txt is not readable, the tables are empty. It seems there is something wrong with the format.

Anyone?

Acrobat Reader cannot convert a PDF to DOCX.

Which software are you using?

Acrobate du PDF, InDesigner et Photoshopographe
