convert to Word Doc

Purchased this product early this year to convert PDF's to word documents (to enable editing of sheet music etc) worked well.

Have not used it for awhile until yesterday only to find that I could only edit the word documents header & footer. The bulk of the words and chords were downloaded as a picture! Why has this changed, it can no longer do the thing I purchased it for??

    Hi phillipp34852043,

    I see that you have Export PDF subscription and that should work for you in order to covert the pdf documents.

    Are you experiencing this issue with all the converted document or is it a specific one?

    Also share the workflow that you follow, whether you are converting document using Adobe Reader application or though online-

    Appears to be specifically from a website called Song Select (I am a member)

    I have attached one of their PDF’s and the converted word file.
