Convert won't convert

When I hit the convert button, nothing happens.  I have checked to make certain my subscription is valid, but haven't been able to convert for a couple months.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with converting files on Acrobat.

     

    I checked your account, and see an active subscription for Acrobat Export PDF pack. Would you mind letting us know if you are using the Acrobat Online Portal (https://adobe.ly/4jKMPzz) or Acrobat Reader to convert the file? 

    If Acrobat Pro DC, you will experience issues as the entitlement does not support usage of the Acrobat Pro app. 

     

    We were experiencing server issues when you posted the query, and that has been resolved.

    That being said, please share a screen recording of the experience for better understanding and assistance.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Kindly update your application to latest version from Help>Check for Updates and check the version from Help>About Acrobat Reader DC. Latest update is 17.9.20044

    Attach a screenshot of the app when you click on Convert.

    In the meanwhile, check if you are able to export from https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    when I hit convert, nothing happens.  I of course checked update first, checked manage my account, confirmed my credit card is current, confirmed my subscription is current... confirmed Adobe's been paid.  So why doesn't it convert?
