Converter not opening

I have saved a PDF and need to convert to Word.  Export will not open.  I have checked my account and it is up to date and had no problems a couple of days ago but now it won't open the drop down.

    Hi Sherrill,

    As you are experiencing an issue with the Export tool, try once sign out of the application.

    Then reboot the machine and launch the application.

    Sign-in with your Adobe ID and check if you can export PDF without any issue.

    You may also export PDF online.

    Open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and sign in with your Adobe ID.

    Then upload the file from the machine and export to the Word file.

    Check if that helps.
