converting a pdf file to word no work

I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID which you have used to sign-in on Adobe forums and there is no Adobe/Acrobat/Document cloud subscription registered and this could be the reason you are not able to convert a PDF file to Word document.

To convert a PDF file to a Word document or other Document formats, you have to subscribe to Acrobat license or Document Cloud services
