Question

Converting a PDF to Word

I had been using this feature for some time - converting pdf into a Word document.  a Conversion"button" always appeared in the toolbox column on the right.  The tool box suddenly looks different and the conversion feature has disappeared.  I'm still current on my subscription (till the end of June).  Also, when I do "Save as", I get a blank dialogue box.  But first things first.  Conversion help, anyone?

Hi 5String,

As I have checked the details for your account, you have Adobe Export PDF subscription active.

Could you please confirm if you are getting the options as seen in the screenshot below:

Please confirm the application you are trying to Export PDF in- Acrobat Reader/Adobe Acrobat?

You may also access Export PDF service at this link:

https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Try to follow the steps suggested in the following link for blank dialogue box:

"save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.

Awaiting your response.

Thanks for responding.

I am not getting those options. I show an Export PDF with a caret (^) that can be clicked to go up or down, but no longer do I get the “convert” button.

Hi,

Kindly update your application from Help>Check for latest version. Latest version is 2017.009.20044.

If that doesn't work, kindly repair your installation and restart your machine. Alos, check if there are any 'RdrCEF.exe process' in the Task Manager after application is quit.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Poorvi
