converting an editable PDF into non-editable

I do not want anyone who sees the file to be able to edit it or pull it apart.  How do I create a non-editable copy of my editable pdf?

    Not really possible at all. Acrobat can set security but other apps mostly ignore it. If they have an editor, they can edit, and you must plan for that.

    Not possible with Acrobat Reader.
