converting excel file to pdf

I am trying to convert a excel file to pdf using adobe dc. the file converts fine except for the information in the drop down boxes on the excel file do not display once converted to pdf. is there a setting or configuration I need to change?

    You posted in the Reader forum. Reader can't convert Excel files to PDF. Are you using Acrobat? If so, what version?

    What version of Office do you have? And what OS?
