Converting Files

Why when I try and convert a file to a PDF, does Acrobat Reader DC stall out and tell me there is no internet connection when I know there is?

Everything else works fine, it's just the Adobe PDF converter....

Have you subscribed for the Acrobat service or any online PDF service for the conversion of a file to PDF format?

As this functionality comes with the subscription only.

Also, what is the exact workflow that have been following to convert (Word or Excel) to PDF?
