Converting from Publisher to Adobe

I am trying to send a PDF to a printer to print 5x7 wedding invitations.  My publisher file is set at 5x7; however, every time I save it as a PDF, it defaults to 8.5x11.  How do I get the PDF to save as a 5x7 document?
