Converting hyperlinks from Word to PDF not always working

I noticed that some hyperlinks no longer work after converting them from Word to a PDF file.  Why is this?  I have Office 360, Windows 10. Is there a workaround?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat? If no, then this issue is not related to Adobe, as Reader is not capable of creating PDF files, only display them.

You are correct.  It is a Microsoft problem that they are aware of, according to their Support site.

Is that all you can say is that it is a MS problem?
