Converting .pdf to .docx & keeping crop marks

Hi, just a quick question, when converting .pdf to .docx & keeping crop marks, can it be done with the free version of Reader or to keep all the formatting, is the paid version best ?

The free product can't convert at all. But I'm not sure anything will keep the crop marks, because they aren't a usual thing to find in a DOCX.
