Converting PDF to MS Word

I just added this feature, but when I convert a PDF document to MS Word, all sorts of bizarre symbols appear.

Is this fixable?  If not, how do you contact Adobe to cancel the subscription?

    You aren't usually going to get a perfect export from Acrobat to Word (also depending on yours soft version), unless the document is quite simple. Using the Export as RTF option sometimes gets a better result.

    I'd also check the fonts as it sounds like a missing font problem.
