Converting pdf to png

Just got adobe subscription that will allow me to convert a pdf. file to a png. file. Only problem is that under the Export pdf pull down menu the convert to Image option is not available.

I have seen the online instructions and screen shots on how to do this kind of conversion, except I'm not seeing the info that it says I'm suppose to see.

Any suggestions?

    Use https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf in a browser.

I have the same question. I am using a desktop Adobe. I checked out the help document above, but the pictures/instructions do not match what I see on the screen: there is no option in the Export section to convert to Image or png or anything else. I get this:

    Hi Alanh81695654,

Can you confirm how you have been trying the conversion? Was it online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  or through the desktop application Adobe Reader?

Did you check this help document Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat

For testing purpose you may try with a different file and see whether you are able to do the conversion or not?

Also, check the properties of the file you are currently trying to convert. Right click on the file>Document Properties>Security

Help us with the screenshot of the security tab plus the available options that you see under Export>Image

    Regards,

    Akanchha
