converting pdf to tex

Can my pdf files be converted to as below:

written in English, French, or German; and prepared in TEX or one of its variants (LATEX, AMS-TEX, or AMS-LATEX). It is also strongly suggested that authors use the following specifications in TEX: document class amsart (type size 11pt) (\documentclass[11pt]{amsart}); text height = 615pt; and text width = 360pt.

No, such conversion cannot be handled directly. There is no export to TeX to PDF in any Adobe products.

 

Acrobat (not Reader) can export to Word or RTF formats. If you can find a tool to convert either of those to TeX, you might have a chance of getting this done.
