Copiar y pegar en adobe

Hola, buenas tardes.Abro un archivo en adobe, que contiene imágenes y texto. Cómo selecciono todo (Imágenes y texto) para pegarlo, por ejemplo, en Word?Gracias por su pronta respuesta.
