"Copy With Formatting" using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Mac

Hello,

I been trying to copy tables from a PDF to Microsoft Word. I been using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on MacOS (Both updated to latest versions). I have been unable to find "copy with formatting" when transferring/copying a table from PDF to Microsoft Word. I seen "copy with formatting" on windows, but I am unable to do so on Mac. I just would like to transfer this PDF table to Word using MacOS since my laptop is a Mac. How can i do so with the same format copying it from PDF to word?
