copying 5 times

Hello, i'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and i'm having a problem.

When i copy text and paste it, i get 5 times the result i want. Its so annoying and i could not find any solution in the internet.

help would be appreciated.

This happens when the fields have the same name. There's nothing you can do about it with the free Reader.

Report the issue to the author of the form and ask them to fix it.
