Corrupt / Illegible Signature

Hello, I have signed a PDF document with an electronic certificate, and when I open it again, the signature comes out corrupt. I have the latest version, I have already uninstalled I have installed it again and it remains the same. I am attaching the result of the signature when I open the document again. Thanks
