Corrupted PDF File on Adobe Document Cloud

Hi!

I tried to save a document on Adobe DC (it was already saved there, I just wanted to update the doc). While it was uploading, Adobe Reader crashed and closed. This made the file corrupted (the file had 30MB before, now it has 15MB, does not open). Is there a way to recover it? Is there a file version repository or a temporary file folder where I can find the document on macOS Catalina?

Someone please help, this doc is really important to me!
