Corupt PDF

Hi, when we are editing a PDF, we save and it is all ok. but we go back into the PDF later (even just viewing) and it has corupted. Some of the letters and numbers are missing through out the document. 

 

Can anyone help and let us know why this happens as it is happening fraquently or how do we stop it happening?

Can you describe exactly what types of edits you have done and what tools were used to do those edits? Also, what exact version of Reader are you using (in Reader go to Help>About...) and are you sure that the pdf wasn't edited in any other third party pdf viewer (like Mac Preview and such)?

 

Screenshots would be great too if you can supply them.
