Creative cloud install stopped

I am trying to install creative cloud on my home computer. I have the application through my university. It downloaded fine and got about 40% of the way through the process when an error message appeared that said there was a conflict with Windows powerpoint. Instructions were to close the application. However powerpoint was not running. The latest iteration says to close PP, excel, and Word even though those are not running.

Any suggestions?
