I was requested to post in the community forum.

 

I fully purchased Adobe Desing Premium CS5.5 in 2012 and registered the software to my account (prior to the Cloud and Subscription services). I opened Adobe Illustrator CS5.5 today and got a pop up saying my software is non-genuine. I have this linked to my account which inclcudes the Serial Number, as well as the physical software in its original packaging. In 2019 I was also provided a legacy downlod link by the Adobe Customer Care Team. I can provide copies/photos/evidence of this.

Why is Adobe messaging me?

I have no interest in subscribing as I only use the software a few times a year for hobby based things. Can this pop-up please be removed as my Adobe app is completely genuine and has been since 2012. Never had an issue before.
