Cursor turns to black box

I am experiencing the issue of a blck box appearing instead of a cursor in Adobe DC. I have opened the appdata files and located the IconCacheReader, but cannot find an option to delete it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sharon, I have the same problem as you.  Did you solve your problem later?  Can you suggest how?
