Customize Comment tools don't save after closing adobe

Question

When I customize the comment tool bar it will assign tools I need but will not keep them there after a restart or two of Adobe.

I am using the newest version of Adobe Acrobat DC on a full updated copy of Windows 10, I have completely removed the install and re-installed still geting the same issue.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, Customize Comment tools don't save after closing adobe

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

You my also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in windows and try using the application there and check.
