Cut Marks Are Off

I would like to print inserts for my travelers notebook, but am having trouble with the page orientation or cut marks, i'm not really sure. When I print, one side of the cut marks cuts off, obviously making it difficult to cut to the right size.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Under where it says 11 x 8.5 inches, on the left side of the box you can see the cut marks aren't on the paper.  Please help! Thanks.
