Cut parts of a PDF file to paste in other document

I am using Adobe Reader 8.1.1. In an earlier version it was possible to cut parts of a PDF file and paste it into an other document.
This feature does not seem to work in V8.1.1.
Any solution to this problem.

Best regards
Peter

In version 8.0 try the View menu then goto Toolbars More Tools.

The snapshot tool, and many more, are located here. The list is long so you might want to scroll to the bottom of the list. It is under the heading "Select & Zoom Toolbar"

I just upgraded from 7.0 to 8.1 and can not find the snapshot tool. I tried to look under tools for select zoom but that is also not there. Any suggestions?

Yes - I mean copy and paste.
Thank for this info ;)
I believe I am looking for a snapshot function.

The Select Tool is good for a single image, or some or all text.

Otherwise, try Tools > Select and zoom > Snapshot tool.

I know that.
I need to cut-n-paste a small part of a drawing in a PDF file.
After that I will paste it into an new document (ex. mail or Word doc).
This has been possible in version 6 or 7.

With a screen shot, or a snapshot. I think you mean copy & paste, not
cut & paste, since cutting implies changing the original.

Adobe Reader can't change PDF documents.
