Cyrillic is not displayed

Hello. Perhaps someone encountered a problem when the Cyrillic alphabet is almost not displayed, and the numbers floated on the page? I checked the files in Google Chrome, they open correctly (screenshot 3). Not so with one file. Only reinstallation helps. Who knows other solutions?

    I am also not able to display pdf  in Bulgarian, thus in cyrillic alphabet via Adobe Reader on my mobile.

    I have a problem with the desktop version. Happened several times on Windows Server 2019, only with one terminal server user. The last time it happened was on Windows 10.
    Everything works until a certain moment, then it stops being displayed.
    If you copy the file to another device and open it with the same Acrobat, it opens correctly.
    On the problem device, the file opens correctly only after reinstalling the program.

    Reinstallation in the case of Windows 10 is not such a problem, you can reinstall at any time. But when the problem manifests itself on Windows Server, where a couple of dozen or more people work, reinstallation during working hours is impossible.
