Data Fields filling each other when sending multiple templates for signature

Are these documents part of a single file, or are they separate files?
If the latter, that's not really possible, unless you use a complex script to do it, which would require the user to install it on their machine. It can't happen by itself.

If they are all in the same file then it is possible, and is probably caused by multiple fields in the file having the same name.
